The great commission to "make disciples of all nations" can be accomplished! Through various mission efforts, Clayton Community Church is taking the Good News around the world. Fifteen percent of the general offering is given to missions, and we have missionaries and mission agencies we have supported for years.

We also encourage short-term missions. CCC members have gone with E3 partners, YWAM, Jews for Jesus, Feed the Children and other mission organizations on short-term trips. If you want to participate, e-mail the Missions Committee.

» Barbara Foy will travel to Bolivia June 19-July 1, 2010. The funds needed for her trip have been received! Barbara thanks everyone for their support, and asks for prayer for help and safety for the medical team. Deb Akin and her niece, Jane, are also part of the Feed the Children team to Bolivia.

» Brian Ziebarth will travel to Juarez, Mexico July 3-10, 2010. He will be working with Casas por Cristo. The cost is $875; Brian has $800 left to raise. Visit casasgrandesmissions.org for more info and pictures from prior years’ missions trips!

» Dorothy Bethel will travel to Barranquilla, Colombia Oct. 30-Nov. 6, 2010. The cost is $2,300 ($1,150 due July 31, 2010); Dorothy has $1,921 left to raise.

» Brenda Robinson will travel to Barranquilla, Colombia Oct. 30-Nov. 6, 2010. The cost is $2,300 ($1,150 due July 31, 2010).
