At Clayton Community Church we are committed to spreading the good news that God has come to save us, and His name is Jesus. Trusting in the sufficiency of His death and resurrection to pay for our wrongdoing is the only way to have eternal life, a relationship with God––sealed in heaven forever.
In progressive measure and by God's grace: We are extending to others the same gospel message that God used to give us life by His Spirit through His Son, and teaching those that begin to follow Jesus to observe all the He commanded us. (Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8)
In progressive measure and by God's grace: Our coinnonia ("fellowship") with each other is growing to resemble the spiritual and practical marks of the first church's fellowship who devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to true community--being together for meals and remembering the Lord's table, praying together, worshipping together, and being refreshed by time spent together. (Acts 2:42-47)
In progressive measure and by God's grace: We are growing into an organism that resembles Jesus' body and functions to equip itself for the work of ministry by speaking the truth to one another in love. (Ephesians 4:11-16)
